SSS - Shed Your Shit

For those of you that may have been holding on to so much for so long, then read on ....

You may want to ask yourself a few questions:

  • How long have I been feeling this heaviness inside ?

  • Why can’t I just go for it ?

  • Others seem to have it together, why don’t I ?

  • I seem to do so good, then it’s the same old, same old ?

  • I know what I want but I can’t quite get there ?

  • Things will get better, if only I can make a decision ?

  • I have tried so what is the point ?

  • It is not me, it is them ?

As a Life Coach/#Hypnotherapist I could go on and on, BUT I am not going to.

It is easier for me to tell you what the process is, when you decide that you have had enough as I work with the Cause and Effect process. How are these thoughts and feelings playing out in your life, in other words, how are they effecting you.

The SSS may go like this, yet every SSS is different in the techniques that may be used.

  1. You must have the willingness to let go - surrender to what was

  2. We commit to each other as far as my commitment to you in getting you to where you want to be and your commitment to following the process.

  3. After we have established what you want out of working with me, you are booked in.

  4. Day 1 starts at noon where we discuss your goals and the best techniques to work with during our time together. One or possibly two techniques are carried out to clear any conflict that may hold you back from reaching your goals.

  5. Day 2 starts at 10 am when we process the events from day 1 with question time. More intense / deeper techniques may involve breath work, regression to the cause, truth talk and #hypno analysis through hypno talk.

  6. Day 2 ends with a full reprogramming session implementing the version of you, you were born to be and live with visualization of you reaching your goals.

Day 2 also includes time out for you to have a massage, infrared sauna and lunch.
